What is your hourly rate?

Our rates vary depending upon the service requesed. Our typical hourly rates for  clients without service agreements:

Telephone System Support

  • $80.00 for Normal Business Hours 
  • $120.00 for After Hours

Computer/Network Support

  • $95.00 for Normal  Business Hours
  • $190.00 For Ater Hours

What are your business hours?

Are Normal Business Hours are M-F 8-5 Central Time, however our Dispatch System and Help Desk are Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Do have a mandatory trip charge?

We do not charge a trip charge for service calls in Midland/Odessa.

Do you charge for a full hour, even on short calls?

If we complete you service call within 15 minutes of arrival we charge a small Premise Visit Fee of $30.00 only.

How do I get after hours or emergency assistance?

Although our helpdesk email is always available for normal service request, PLEASE CALL OUR EMERGENCY DISPATCH SYSTEM AT 432 620 8663 FOR EMERGENCY CALLS. The system will notify the appropriate personel 24/7/365.

Do you have service contracts?

We encourage all of our clients to protect their equipment investments by carrying Maintainence Agrreements on their systems. But we do offer service only agreements that cover most routine request, with it you have unlimited telephone support, remote clears (via modem or internet), free user guides, free handset cords, and you recieve discounts on any billiable labor or parts.

Will you service a system that I purchased from another company?

Absolutly! We specialize in supporting discontinued systems from other manufacturors, and locating those "hard to find parts". Call us with your next service request or just for a competitive quote.

Do you install computer cabling?

We carry a complete line of Data Networking acccessories from Industry Leaders Like ICC, Leviton, Panduit, and others. We can design, plan, and install you smallest and largest network needs.

Where are you Located?

Although we office in downtown Midland TX, we provide service and support for over 14 surrounding counties. In addition to our direct support in West Tx, being a part of the Inter-Tel network allows us to support any company from coast to coast. Inter-Tel's distribution and support network includes over 2500 employees including a presecence in Britain and Asia.

Are you affiliated with the Old Executone dealer, or Mark Kimball?

Absolutely not! Mark Kimball and his older Executone delaership were officially terminated as an Executone Dealer in 1996. Mr. Kimball has no affiliation with Inter-Tone, or any of its preceding entities. Inter-Tone was the last new Executone dealer to be instated in the Permian Basin since 1996.
